Terms & Conditions
Effective as of July 7th, 2025

By booking any service with Two Times Productions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all services provided, including but not limited to photo shoots, studio sessions, branding sessions, and video shoots.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. No session is considered booked without payment of the deposit.
The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session (photo shoot, video shoot, or branding session).
Studio sessions require 50% of the total fee to book. The remaining 50% is due at least 24 hours before the session.
Failure to pay the balance in full within the required timeframe will result in cancellation of your booking and loss of any prior payment made.

2. Punctuality Policy

You must arrive on time for your scheduled session. A 10-minute grace period will be allowed only if you communicate with us in advance.
Failure to communicate delays within the 10-minute window will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the session and any payments made.
This punctuality policy applies to all sessions, including in-studio, on-location, branding, and video shoots.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling for any session requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for photo shoots, and 24–48 hours’ notice for studio, branding, or video sessions.
Reschedule requests made after the required notice period may not be honored and will result in loss of all payments made.
A new deposit may be required to secure a new session date.

4. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any form of disrespect, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in termination of the session without refund.
You are responsible for any damage to equipment, property, or studio space caused by you or your guests.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Two Times Productions LLC is not responsible for injury, accidents, or damage to personal property during any session or on set.
Clients participate at their own risk and are expected to be aware of their surroundings and conduct.

6. Image, Video, and Content Usage

By booking a session, you grant Two Times Productions LLC the unrestricted right to use images and video content from your session for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes (including social media, website, and print).
If you require exclusive rights or wish to keep your session content private, this must be requested and agreed upon in writing before the session.
Branding and video content used commercially by the client must include credit to Two Times Productions LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Turnaround Time & Edits

Typical turnaround time for photo and video content is 5–10 business days, depending on the scope of the project.
Rush edits are available upon request for an additional $15 per image or expedited video timeline, and must be discussed and approved prior to your session.
All final content will be delivered digitally via email, private link, or download folder.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By proceeding with a booking and/or deposit payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms listed above. These terms ensure fairness, efficiency, and clarity for both parties
